Previously, Jim ran a successful consultancy, working with several public and privately held clients in executive roles. Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President at VISA, where he led Visa's e-commerce activities and managed product, marketing, public relations, and business development initiatives. American Express where as senior member of a Center of Excellence he managed multiple project teams and developed e-commerce and smart card programs with strategic partners. |

Mr. McFarland was previously the Chairman of Federal City Bancorp; President and CEO of Pedestal Inc.; EVP, GM and Director of GE Capital Mortgage Services; President and CEO of GE Capital Asset Management Corporation; President and CEO of Skyline Financial Services Corporation; and the President and CEO of National Permanent Federal Savings Bank. At GE Capital, Stuart ran GE's mortgage and loan workout business and managed and directed the mortgage origination and servicing; and the defaulted, delinquent and impaired loan workout businesses, which included the acquisition, management and disposition of real estate assets and mortgage loan securities and its mortgage securities and special loan servicing activities. |

Prior to that Mr. McFarland was the EVP and CFO of the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the President and Director of Ticor Mortgage Insurance Company - the nation's second largest provider of mortgage guaranty insurance. At Fannie Mae, he directed the reorganization of the asset acquisition programs and processes and developed and introduced the Fannie Mae mortgage-backed securities program. He also directed the reorganization of the liability distribution processes, technology and systems, expanding Fannie Mae's debt distribution internationally. During Stuart's tenure, Fannie Mae reversed several years of losses, became a market service oriented business and was re-positioned for significant growth. |

Mr. McFarland has testified before committees of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives on mortgage and real estate finance and securitization as well as related financial issues. He has served on numerous public and private company boards of directors and currently serves on the Boards of Directors and Chairs the Audit Committees of New Castle Investment Corporation (NYSE: NCT) and the Brandywine Funds (BRWIX, BLUEX, BWAFX). He serves on the Boards of Directors of the Helios Funds (HSM, HTR, HAV, HIH, HMH, HAS, HHY) formerly the Hyperion and Regions Morgan Keegan Funds). Mr. Rosenberger joined Fair Isaac (FICO) in 1974 and served as president and chief executive officer from 1991 to 1999. Larry Rosenberger was named Fair Isaac's first Research Fellow in 2007, following more than 33 years of service to the company. In this capacity, he continues to pursue research projects that advance Fair Isaac's analytic science.
