Mr. Annappindi has over 17 years of experience in strategy, business analytics and marketing with the leading financial services and hi-technology companies around the world. Prior to founding Scorelogix, Mr. Annappindi was with Bank One where he was responsible for leading analytical efforts aimed at developing better loss prevention and risk mitigation strategies. Prior to that he led marketing analytics efforts at WingspanBank.com, managed new business development initiatives at Intel Dialogic, Singapore, created and implemented a country entry strategy as the Country Marketing Manager for Temic India (A Daimler-Benz subsidiary), and held key management responsibilities at SEL and NSL in the hi-tech sector. |

Dr. Watral brings with him more than 25 years of experience in strategy, innovation, business development, psychological testing, and vocational assessments. Prior to joining Scorelogix, he has practiced as a licensed psychologist, provided consulting services, taught psychology at the Richard Stockton College of NJ, and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army where he served in both leadership and staff positions. Over the years, Dr. Watral has developed a strong commitment to finding practical solutions to both institutional and individual needs using his expertise in psychology, quantitative techniques and management; and he is extremely passionate about addressing the issues of job security and income stability. |

Dr. Bapna is a modeling expert with over 20 years of experience in creating quantitative models. His expertise includes programming, quantitative modeling, statistical analysis, algorithm development, data mining: clustering; classification; association Rules; latent semantic analysis; Bayesian networks; outlier identification, data compression: signal processing, artificial intelligence tools: neural networks; genetic algorithms; tabu search; and simulated annealing. He has worked extensively on all facets of the classification problem in the area of risk management. |

From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Kennedy served as President and Chief Operating Officer of E-LOAN. Prior to joining E-LOAN, Mr. Kennedy was the Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing of Saturn Corporation from 1995 to 1999. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Kennedy was the General Director of Marketing and Product Planning for the Cadillac Motor Car Division of General Motors Corporation. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Kennedy was the Director of Product Portfolio Planning for the North American Operations of General Motors Corporation. |

Mr. Ashesh Shah is an advisor to Scorelogix. Mr. Shah is a partner in TCCA, a private equity group focusing on investments in Asia. Prior to joining TCCA, Mr. Shah was a Director of Financial Advisory Services Group with Crossroads, LLC in New York. Mr. Shah has extensive experience in corporate finance, corporate restructurings, investment/exit strategies and hands-on turnaround of underperforming companies. He has advised senior management, banks, bond-holders and investors in variety of industries. Prior to joining Crossroads, Mr. Shah was a member of the Corporate Restructuring Services group of KPMG LLP, and before that he was a member of the Strategy Consulting group of Deloitte Consulting and Corporate Finance team of Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. |

Earlier in his career, Mr. Burke worked for Goldman Sachs and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Burke is also the Founder, Chairman and CEO of the Tax Assistance Program - It Adds Up, the largest volunteer income tax assistance and financial consulting firm in the United States. |
