Mr. Annappindi has over 19 years of experience with the leading financial services and technology companies around the world. Previously, Mr. Annappindi was with Bank One where he developed financial models for managing marketing campaigns for the WingspanBank.com division and created risk forecasting models for a $5B credit card portfolio for loss prevention and risk mitigation. Prior to that he led new business development initiatives at Intel Dialogic, Singapore, served as the Country Marketing Manager for Temic Semiconductor India (A Daimler-Benz subsidiary), and held key management positions at SEL and NSL Semiconductors. |

Vince Leusner |

Mr. Leusner has 27 years of financial management and financial advisory experience working with publicly traded and privately held entities of all sizes across the globe. Prior to joining Scorelogix, Mr. Leusner was the CFO of a service entity with more than 50 profit centers, 17 geographic locations and 1,600 employees. In this role he was instrumental in transforming the company into a solid, profitable and strong competitor in its industry; oversaw the opening of several new geographic units; and was responsible for building financial models for managing expenses, compensation, profitability, treasury/cash, and HR and IT effectiveness and ROI. |

Mr. Leusner also has over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and has worked on over 50 M&A transactions globally. Some of these transactions had values up to $50 million. In this capacity, he devised and oversaw target identification, negotiation, financial analysis (ROI, IRR), contract generation, integration and post-acquisition analysis. |

Jef Morrow |

Mr. Morrow has over 25 years experience in strategy, marketing, and business development for financial services, software, and Internet-based technology companies. Before joining Scorelogix he held senior marketing and business development roles in three firms instrumental to the creation of online bill payment: CheckFree, BlueGill Technologies, and Princeton eCom. He was also Vice President - Marketing for Voxware, where he leveraged new technology to strategically reposition the company, transforming its industry segment. Mr. Morrow has consulted to large enterprises, numerous startups, and venture capital firms including Ben Franklin Technology Partners and BaseCamp Ventures, where he was a member of the Executive Advisory Board. |

Dr. Watral brings with him more than 25 years of experience in strategy, innovation, business development, psychological testing, and vocational assessments. Prior to joining Scorelogix, he has practiced as a licensed psychologist, provided consulting services, taught psychology at the Richard Stockton College of NJ, and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army where he served in both leadership and staff positions. Over the years, Dr. Watral has developed a strong commitment to finding practical solutions to both institutional and individual needs using his expertise in psychology, quantitative techniques and management; and he is extremely passionate about addressing the issues of job security and income stability. |
